The only rooms still available are the 4 queen suites, each with 4 individual queen beds, so you always get your own bed. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. All rooms and roommates are personally assigned by David before the event based on the preferences you share on the registration form.

Getting There & Travel Info
Plan your trip to the lodge
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: Sunday, January 24 — 4:00 PM (the lodge is not accessible earlier)
- Check-out: Friday, January 29 — 10:00 AM
- Opening keynote: Sunday 7:00 PM — arrive by 6:00 PM for dinner.
Fly into Knoxville (TYS), about 45 minutes from the lodge, or drive in. The lodge sits 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge in Sevierville, TN.
Booking flights? Plan to land at Knoxville (TYS) by 2:30 PM on Sunday, January 24, and book your Friday, January 29 departure for 12:30 PM or later (checkout is 10:00 AM plus the 45-minute drive to the airport).
We're working on coordinating group transportation from Knoxville (TYS) to the lodge — details will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.
